I eat shirataki noodles all the time. They are great! Especially if you are trying to stay away from gluten.0

I love them..but its an aquired texture. They take on the taste of whatever you cook them with so the taste isn't usually an issue, but there is a slight smell (rinsing takes that away) and a lot of people cant get over the texture. I rinse mine very well and then dry fry in a pan for a few minutes and they start to take on the texture of pasta.0

I tried shirataki noodles for the 1st time last night...... had to hold my breath while I rinsed them ..strong fishy smell and I hate seafood.
but.. I dried cooked them in skillet with veggies and low sodium soy sauce. thought it was really good.
however, not sure if this has absolutly anything to do with it but by bedtime lastnight I had horrible tummy cramps and nautious
I read this morning that you have to be careful and wash thoroughly.I ran under spray water for 10 min. while I was cooking veggies so not sure if that was the reason...anyone had this problem?? I will still have it again as I woke this morning and was down almost 2lbs! lol0
