I get a burrito bowl without cheese and sour cream and it's only 400 calories and fills me to BURSTING. It's probably the most satisfying, healthy "take out" I can find - and I *LOVE* it.0 -

Sounds silly but Fiber One Honey Clusters cereal. I eat it every night before going to bed.0

hummus is made with tahini (sesame seeds) which are essentially all fat. It's GOOD fat. No cause for alarms. Eat your hummus and enjoy.0 -
