I don't have a food addiction. I have an MFP addiction, though. Does that count?

LOL I know it is serious isn't it

    Prunes and Almonds! YUM!

Oh, and for eating out? Chipotle!
I get a burrito bowl without cheese and sour cream and it's only 400 calories and fills me to BURSTING. It's probably the most satisfying, healthy "take out" I can find - and I *LOVE* it.

    1. Total 0 Plain Fage greek yogurt
    2. Soba noodles
    3. Brussels sprouts

I'm sure there are more but those are the first things that come to mind.
  • Arctic Zero ice cream! It comes in Strawberry, Coffee, or Chocolate Peanut Butter and you can eat the whole pint for only 150 calories and 0 fat!!

And with a dollop of Truwhip on top.... mmmmmmm!

Where do they sell this ice cream?!!?

Only at specialty health stores mostly. Go to their website and you can plug in your zip code for a list of local vendors. It's worth the trip if you have one within 50 miles!

Food Should Taste Good™ brand chips/crackers- particularly Sweet Potato and Olive. Ah.maz.ing.

    Also almond butter with/on everythiiiing :P :D
  • i'm embracing Peanut butter right now.
also love Baby Bell light or Laughing Cow light cheese wedges for a cheese hit.
i need to find a good hummus to eat with celery, most the ones i look at are quite high in fat?

hummus is made with tahini (sesame seeds) which are essentially all fat. It's GOOD fat. No cause for alarms. Eat your hummus and enjoy.
