My goal is 120. My lowest weight at this height was 115 and my highest was 150. I usually stay around 130.... Right now I am trying to get back down to my normal 130. And now I am happy at increments of a 5 pound loss. Once I get back to 130 I will try to get back to 120.

I eat Arnold's Multigrain Bread or Arnold's Double Protein bread. I try to have a high-protein/low carb diet. Also, Fiber One came out with wraps. The only one i would recommend is the Honey Wheat Wraps
