i add it to my oatmeal + milk, oatmeal pancakes or protein shakes, or smoothies. pretty much anything. and yes hungryforchange was good. makes me more aware of what i put into my mouth now.

i just got my Twinlab protein powder in the mail yesterday, hopefully it helps with my fatigue. i just found a new "hate". and its cardio recovery, imo its much more difficult than the other workouts as for now. and my back hurts while holding onto the squat and lunge position :(

i need help desperately. i get so sleepy a few hours after i finish insanity that i just want to nap but i usually sleep 8-10hrs so this shouldnt be happening. anyone experienced this too??

Wow all of them sound super yummy!! Any idea if they freeze well?? I'm thinking of making them in big batches so save time. Will they lose their nutrional value if I freeze them??

Yeah I'm planning to get one soon but as for now I just treat it as 500 burnt during insanity which I hope is close to my actual burn since I try to pace myself with certain cast members and push myself till I'm half dead lol.

oh no you should be eating more my dear. At least eating the nett of your bmr, you should search the forum about why it's important to never go below your bmr, there are plenty of threads on that. I ate 2100 cals todayyy phewww feeling great

totally dreading pure cardio tmr :( but it makes me feel great after knowing i finished it!! i'm new to this group, currently on week 2 day 5. not sure if there's anything wrong with me but i hardly get sore after insanity ??? except for cardio recovery.

insanity's great if you want to challenge your limits and see how far you can go. theres a sense of accomplishment every time i manage to survive each workout hahah but prepared to sweat buckets!! good luck!
