I've been lurking on Bodyrock.tv myself... But I'm SO out of shape I think I'll have to ease into it. Thank you for posting all of the non-equipment workouts! I might just have to use my dog instead of a sandbag! LOL

A bodyrocker actually put together a great workout search that you can narrow to tags, I forgot who did it, but here is the link. I use it all the time, especially if I want to find a longer or shorter bodyrock workout

I LOVE BodyRockTV. I haven't tried any workouts yet just because I'm in such awful shape that I think they would kill me, but this will be SO useful.

Me too! I've used it as a dumbbell before too - I weighed it one time to check and it was 5 pounds...

I've been intimidated to try the bodyrock workouts but now that I've finished 30DS, Ripped in 30 and am a few weeks into TurboFire I feel like I could actually do them now. Thank you for the list - I'm gonna check them and out and incorporate some into my schedule.

Also, you can still do the ones that use equipment, just by subbing out or skipping what they're using. I don't have a sandbag or a dip station, so I always substitute with workouts that use those. Works pretty well for me.

Me too. I just mod or sub with exercises that work the same muscles.

This interval timer is really easy to use and free - it even counts down each rep if you set it to 'female voice'

As it's online I find it easier to jot the exercises down on a notepad so you don't have to keep flicking between windows on your computer.

Warning to all newbie exercisers: Go at your own pace

I was bodyrocking just before Xmas and overtrained resulting in major damage to my discs so please be careful not to push yourselves too much until youre ready. I am only just able to perform mild exercise after 5 months.
