I have been lurking on BodyrockTV workouts but always bump on the ones that need equipment. I have made a list with the ones that need no equipment, just the interval timer which I got into my blackberry btw!

Anyone would like to join?

Also, you can still do the ones that use equipment, just by subbing out or skipping what they're using. I don't have a sandbag or a dip station, so I always substitute with workouts that use those. Works pretty well for me.

Awesome! I love bodyrock, but I have the same thing with no equipment, but I don't want to buy equipment since I have gym membership :)

Awesome, thanks for taking the time to round those all up!

I think I'm going to start BodyRock when I finish 30DS. For those who have done both, is this a good next step?

Bodyrock is definitely way more intense than 30DS if you really push yourself. It's an awesome workout though.

To make a sandbag, get an old backpack or messenger bag (Wallmart, Kmart, Target, Good Will) - fill it with bags of dried rice or beans, to the weight you want. Zuzane uses 35 lbs. But start lighter at a weight you are comfortable with.

For some of the Dips Station options, you may be able to use a chair.
  • Definitely need this. Thanks for the links!!!

If you have a smart phone you can download an interval app and a stop watch timer app too.

  • Thanks for the links! I hadn't heard of BodyRock before this, definitely checking these out for some more exercises I can do without weights.

    yes! omg i love you!!

seriously i love the bodyrock site but like you always seem to get the ones that need all that stuff, i dont have time (and sometimes the patience) to look for the equipment-less ones.

so thank you very very much!

I tried the one that's posted today on the site..front page. Titled "The one that got away" and it was killer. I did it twice essentially just for extra punishment and so that I won't have to do an hour of yoga later. It was intense and no equipment involved.
