Thanks everyone for reminding me I am not alone and sometimes it takes a combination of the things many of you spoke about. Getting a little more serious with my food choices again, as I have been much more relaxed since loosing 20lbs and keeping it off now. Also, putting some variety back into my workouts including more…

I do not really think you can see the difference in my photos? I did p90x and I have lost 20lbs and kept it off, but i feel like you cannot see in my photos the difference?

I am 5'3" and weigh 140. My goal is 136 and I am really struggling to loose these last few pounds!

You got this. You can tone up even more and loose these last few pounds. Just from talking to you the past few days I can tell you are motivated and you understand health! ps. no matter what, you look great already so when you put that bikini on, your husband is going to love it!

Your pictures look great. I wanted to check them out so I knew if the p90x plan would work as we have been talking about back and fourth, and yes, I think if you order it and get started, you will be so happy with the results. You arlready look AMAZING and I feel at 140 lbs you just motivated me to work on my stomach and…

Spend the money and get it. You will never regret it. p90x changed my life and at the time, I did not have the money, but man on man....I am so glad I went for it!

Karri- I like the orginal better, but p90x2 is great as well! I find it harder!

Hi everyone, just one week back on the p90x program, or p90x2 in my case and I lost a pound! I am so excited! I have my 4th half marathon this coming Sunday (13.1 miles) can I cannot wait to show myself up and beat my previous best time. I should beat it by about 30 minutes! 30 minutes people! That is proof right there…

I just cannot say enough how much I believe in Tony and his program. No matter what your skill level is or physical ability, as long as you..."DO YOUR BEST AND FORGET THE REST" and push yourself HARD everyday, you do tone, you do loose weight or gain muscle, etc. etc. I love this program. Its hard, its really hard.…

Kit_Katty- You can do it! Morning, afternoon, night.....whenever it fits! That is what you have to do! You can do it! Let us all know how it goes!

So I have my workout plan posted on the fridge and for the most part it is the true P90X2 plan with a few changes to add in some of my favorite p90x orginal workouts into the mix. I will finish July 8th on this plan. (87 days). Who is excited?

I am in if you will add me. I have done p90X once already and use the videos now a few times a week. So I am going to do p90x2 but start at the same time as you and use a very simliar formula to get through this!

 Yay! Great job!

Hello Everyone- I love p90x. I started my first round back in August (2011) and finished it in November. I love it. I lost 18.5 lbs, and toned every inch of my body. I can do push ups and sit ups like I have never been able to. The best part is, I have changed my lifestyle to include the p90x workouts on a daily basis,…

I love the Target ones, but also recently I got some from Old Navy really really cheap and they fit great and really hold me in place :)

Hi there- I was just going to agree with most of the group here that the best way, I have found, to train for long distance is always distance first, then speed. I am currently just a few weeks out from my 4th 1/2 marathon and this method has worked for me again. Regardless of my speed for the night I always finish the…
