Make whole wheat pancakes/waffles you can add protein pwdr to it and its really good.. use low/No sugar syrup or a little nutella Hot chocolate use skim milk with a peice of whole grain toast with I cant believe its not butter spray on it.. Toast a whole wheat bagle and add a little cream cheese and hot ham or turkey..…

Try adding fruit and vegies to you meals.. Like when you eat scrambled egg, add 2 egg whites and a cup of strawberries, if you eat oatmeal add Raspberries, at lunch add an apple.. Small changes you will get it! :)

Yo are not eating enough before your workout! Try eating a small amount of goodhealthy carbs about 30 minutes before your workout.. and then after you should try a protein shake or a small glass of chocolate milk

I eat Oatmeal for breakfast several days a week.. Try adding Raspberries instead of blueberries.. (more fiber) I also add 1/2 scoop of Maxpro vanilla protein powder and a little flax oil.. Keeps me full :)

I'm thinking you should try stagering your calorie intake.. such as 1300 S1500 M 1300 T 1300 W 1500 TH 1300 F (example) so you get the drift.. It works and also helps if you are at a plateau.

I know what you mean! Good Grief my food bill doubled! Unfortunately I really don't think there is a fix for this.. The more I learn about the foods I chose the more expensive they are getting lol
