How do you track DVD's?

How do you add Jillian Micheals DVD's on your exercise log? They aren't listed.

    I didn't either the last 6 months... I just logged it as "circuit training general" and I can see now that it is accurate... So I'd just log it as circuit training. It's in the database.

    Yeah but it's asking for my calories burned and I don't know.
  • Duh I just enter the minutes and IT tells me how many calories burned LOL

    Depending on how hard your heart was working - mine seems to be high sometimes but mostly right in the sweat but not dying range - you probably are NOT burning 410 calories in 30 minutes.

    My HRM puts me at about 195-250 calories (again, depending how hard I worked it) per level - and I am 47 and 247 pounds.
