  • Me. I weighed 345 and lost 123 lbs but gained back 140 so Now I re started at 365 and am down to 359 I want to get 60 lbs ASAP I am diabetic and have hypothroidism and Hashimotos.

  • Hey You may want to try a gym and an elyptical machine. It worked for me in just 20-30 minutes of cardio and about 30 minutes of weight training + dieting... Good Luck Julie
