Throw in some HIIT cardio for your cardio workouts, treadmill, outdoor or classes, etc. Make sure it's actually high intensity, not just intervals.

I fast twice a week and on days I fast towards the end of the day I'm often freezing if it's the slightest bit cold either from AC or weather. Doesn't bother me though. I have a tendency toward cold extremities anyway...

Front step ups with weights on a bench/box about knee height. in addition to squats, split/romanian squats, lunges, dead lifts, box jumps, bridges, ball bridges, etc etc. that everybody else suggested. also running actually is pretty good for building the butt but sprints and HIIT I think work it better than just jogging.

I don't get in the mindset of "cheating" because I don't judge myself too harshly if I go over my calorie limit sometimes. Seriously, you win. You look like (what I assume are) your kids' sister. Wow. It's true, though, combo of weights and killer intervals are the best on the exercise front, and it's easier to lose weight when you have a lot to lose than a little.

People are making it seem so complicated with conflicting information. If you want to lose weight/inches/etc., put your calories in a deficit with diet and exercise. That is the only way.
