Only 2 so far. The first is roses on my ankle which my husband did when he was an apprentice. (not in the business anymore) The second is on the back of my neck a small rose with chinese symbols on either side (mother and friend) my mom passed away in 2003.:brokenheart:

I've had people tell me it can't be a state because they have never heard of it. One person said she looked it up on a map and we are only a dot so it can't be a real state.:noway:

I just looked on my favorite recipe site Recipezaar and there were a few recipes one was for Chicken Livers Stroganoff it actually looked good although I have never eaten a chicken liver.:ohwell:

Not from a fair but a friend stuffed a peanut butter cup inside a cupcake dipped it in batter and deep fried. Hot fudge and whipped cream on top.:love:

Egg Whites and Veggies Cottage Cheese and Fruit Sometimes its just leftovers from the night before. I'm not one of those people who only eat "breakfast foods" at breakfast.

You can try adding some thawed chopped spinach to the turkey for moisture. We sometimes add homemade salsa to.:happy:

I'm going to try your suggestion about not having the food on the table. My biggest problem is grazing for 20 minutes after I have finished my meal.:grumble:

I will usually get the fajitas eat only tortilla and skimp on the cheese. I eat the rest of the chicken and grilled veggies with the guacamole(sp) not completely healthy but not a deep fried chimichanga either. Hope this helps. Have fun.:happy:

Breakfast was 4oz homemade turkey burger with sliced tomato on a pita. Lunch was grilled chicken and sliced jicama with balsamic dressing.

I grill chicken and veggies on Sunday and package them for the week. Very easy just take one out of the freezer each am. I do have to bring Hummus as I am a dunker.

Try smoothies with fruit and protein powder.

Jicama is a root veggie.. Has the same crunch as water chestnuts but is a little sweeter. The best way to eat is is sliced tossed with lime juice and chili powder.

The normal like lettuce, tomato, cucumbers and onion... I do love to add sliced jicama for crunch... We also add fruits and nuts (strawberries and pecans or blueberries and walnuts)

Hummus and raw veggies(baby carrots broccoli) etc Veggie chips done in the dehydrator (carrots green beans and radishes)

Nuked Eggs 1 slice tomato 1/4 c cooked spinach 1/2 t Mrs Dash table blend 1t parmesan cheese 2 egg whites I layer all ingredients in small ramekins starting with the tomato and microwave until set.
