P90x is a very intense workout. I have not been able to get through the full 90 days. But now I am doing Turbo Jam which is very fun.

it's based off of what the program is telling me what I should be consuming in a day. It's about 1400 calories and it seem like since I have been eating healthier, that i stay fuller longer and then before you know it it's time to go to bed with 400 cals to go.

Most of us really don't know exactly what we r putting inour bodies. I still have a hard time. If I don't log it in then its all over. Try to log ur meals in the day before so that u know what u will eat for the next day, and if u need to snack then see how many calories u r working ith.

So I felt like that today. I was going to do the wii fit but I needed something to get me to sweat fast a be done with my workout. I did 20 minutes of Turbo Jam. It was what I needed and it went by fast. Just do it! just think of all the snacking u might do if u don't get up and workout

Just go to sleep. Trust me! I was were you were probably still am since school has been replaced with a child. If you just take a nap, you will be rereshed for the rest of your reading and still have energy for a late workout. I just woke up myself from a nap and I feel good.

Good luck on getting in shape. I know a child can make u feel so out of shape. I was looking at my 1yr old today and he was doing yoga positions.
