We do grilled boneless chicken wings with dipping sauces on the side. Pan grill some boneless chicken breasts and then cut them into chunks. There you go!!! My family loves them.

You're giving up on a lifestyle change that you've invested so much into??? Doesn't make any sense!!! Stop focusing on the scale and enjoy the benefits you are gaining. Changes will happen...maybe slower than you would like. Good luck in whatever you decide.

It's tough...it's like a slippery slope sometimes. Just gotta be strong and have some self control. I feel that if you avoid the cravings...they only get worse. Just enjoy in moderation...and drink plenty of water.
