  • a great exercise for the lower abdominal area is a reverse crunch. a great oblique exercise is planks. there are so many others too :D my advice is to check out *tamilee webb or *cindy whitmarsh (they have awesome abb workouts!)

  • i personally love peaches and strawberries with just about anything. i get these little 70 calorie fruit cups and freeze them. once frozen fully heat it up for about 30 seconds and enjoy! they are delicious!
  • it is actually extremely good to cook an omilet in olive oil! i have it with one yolk and 3 whites. according to the wellness book "eat this, not that!" (which is an amazing book with extremely SHOCKING truths) olive oil is supposed to be in your daily eating consumption.
  • yes i did. but like most exercises, it all depends on how you use it and if you are doing it the right way. i actually have gotten AMAZING results from doing "standing abs" which is working abs(mainly obliques) while standing evidently.:smile:
  • try yoga. it has all the advantages of lunges, core training, and cardio(if you so choose) and it's easy on the body. with yoga it's not about doing it perfect; it's about doing it perfect for YOU.:bigsmile:
