Help!!!

I need some help guys and gals!! I need a really good exercise that works the obliques, a good one that works the lower abs, a good one for the back and shoulders (to get rid of the bra bulge and linebacker shoulders), and one for the arms (to get rid of that jiggle). Any suggestions?

  • a great exercise for the lower abdominal area is a reverse crunch.
    a great oblique exercise is planks.
    there are so many others too :D
    my advice is to check out
    *tamilee webb
    or
    *cindy whitmarsh
    (they have awesome abb workouts!)
  • for the back get on a rowing machine. its perfect.
