She states 5 to 6 days a week for maximun results but if you don't think you can do it everyday try 4-5 days. It's no longer than 30 mins once you get the hang of it you will blast through it and shrink crazy inches. GO FOR IT. Stay consistent and you will be fine.

Maybe just take a break in between do it every other day if you are in unbearable pain. For me if i workout the next day when I am sore it helps just move at your own pace. As long as you are not sore for 5 days then other things may be going on. Hope this helps.

see your doctor there could be something else that he/she can suggest since it has gotten worse. I've had severe anemia so i suggest that also lentils, watermelon, black beans, liver, broccoli, there are other items also. Hope this helps.

What i've been told by P.T's is you burn after strength training not during like cardio.

If your fit do you normally use weights if so then i would start off with 5-10 pds or 10-15 depending on how strong your arms are in that regard. Enjoy
