  • i know im really missing out on gains here.........but i dont do this for this exact reason..........i can just see me now!!! "one more rep" form goes out the window struggling......and pop......snapped my s.h.i.t right up!!!
  • i think trying to do chest,shoulders and tri's in the same workout is to much,but thats just my opinion.......i know by the time ive finished my chest...if i tried to do shoulders aswell there's no way i could lift the same weight as i can when my shoulders are fully fresh......they'd be exhausted from my chest workout.
  • i hate squats.....it really takes it out of me....im completely drained but i know they have to be done....as they are one of the best
  • i normally do a 4 day split...chest and tri's day1........legs day2........back and bi's day3.......shoulders day4......reason i do shoulders on their own day is mine are lagging abit.....also with a split like this i find it gives my muscles chance to recover before i hit them again.....the max i will hit the same muscle…
  • completely agree with jac here.....just diet and exercise will do it.....ive tried loads of supplements and they are all crap!!!!they dont do anything..............the thing that does work is an eca stack......ephedrine,caffine and asprin......works 100% but the downside is it can be dangerous,and ive never had the balls…
  • hi fteale.......seriously!!im surprised at that...when i put it in the app for 40mins it gave me 600 close to 700 cals burnt,but that doesnt include the 1 min on/1 min off type of training......i actually went by my rope counter and my heart rate monitor....there was only a 10 cal difference between the 2..500 on my heart…
  • hi zaffer,i suppose i could push it to the extreme...my heart rate runs at 165 by the time ive finished the min of work,my max heart rate is 180.if i was pushing it to the extreme,then yes,id probably go for 20mins on......20 mins off,but the recovery time would probably have to increase to let my heart rate come back down…
  • you know your own body......dont let anyone push you to do anything........aslong as your going as hard as you can for that minute,your gauranteed to see results:wink:

  • if you consume 1640....and you burn 700......you need to consume those 700 that youve just burnt brandon,to get back upto the 1640 otherwise youve dropped waaaaay below what your body needs:wink:
