I did C25K a few months ago and I did repeat a few weeks. I know the first one was the hardest and I most definately repeated it. I got up to week 6 or so and stopped for some unknown reason. But I absolutely loved it when I was doing it and want to get back at it.

The ladies at work were going on an ice cream run yesterday at the Sonic...I said no thanks! Huge step for me. I would normally have a sonic blast. Yum! But I didn't. Very proud of myself.

SW 188 CW 187 GW 179 I had gotten down to 182 until I made a pig outta myself this past weekend. Hoping a lot of it is excess fluid. Ate chinese and I know it has a lot of sodium in it.

The weekends are a trial for me too...I totally lost all sense of intake this past weekend. Just went to town gobbling away. Back on it this morning...I have been sick and have felt so bad. Coughing all night = no sleep. I have to learn to keep on trucking through the weekends. I know I can do it..just have to get my mind…

I started day 1 MOnday. So I recently started. After 3 days, I can say i'm very sore. But afraid to stop as I will never get rid of the soreness. I have friends who have has great results with this. I'm excited to see what my results will be. Lets stay in check and I would love to know how you are doing.
