I like the responses here...maybe select healthy foods, first, and then for the room you have on your plate, a little of the more high calorie stuff. If you have time, get in some kind of a work out. I have not been as consistent as I wanted to be. I was sick this week taking out a couple of days from my workout schedule... I think I need to add the following: 10/21 4.3 miles 10/26 4.6 miles MTD: 36.5 miles I may not make my 50 mile goal! :sad:

I can't even begin to tell you how proud of you I am...not for "getting skinny"...lol. That's a side benefit! But working out and being healthy. I think I have confused myself. Here are the miles I have done so far: 10/1 - 4.3 miles 10/4 - 2.3 miles 10/6 - 3 miles 10/10 - 3.2 miles 10/13 - 5.5 miles 10/16 - 3.6 miles Total MTD - 21.9 miles

There is also the Evergreen Pumpkin run coming up on October 28th. This is through the Evergreen Cemetary. It is only $25 for the 5k up to October 20th. I am still trying to decide if I want to try the 10 miler...I doubt that will happen, but I have time to decide.

Cool! I know there is a surprise party that Saturday night of UF/GA...but I still want to do the pumpkin run on Sunday. What do you think? 10 miler or 5k? Also...how did Ruben do in the Gangham Style marathon?:bigsmile:

I am obviously behind on checking the posts!! I get the emails for these but have not been brave enough to try one. This is right around the corner from work. A little late for me, but I wouldn't mind trying a run with you guys one day. Will you be there on October 4th?
