I am struggling after week #4. Gained 1 pound this week. Ate healthy and exercised for 5 days - did great! But then for 2 days I was bad. So those two days caused one pound of weight gain? It is so hard to take weight off but so unbelievably easy to put back on! THIS IS SO HARD
