This is so awesome! What a motivator! I'm in 14th place! You all better watch out :-) I'm going to do my weigh ins midweek. After the bad eating weekends I have, I need a few days to make it up....

On Monday during lunch hour I shop for cucumbers, celery, red peppers and baby carrots. Then I go back to work and prep them all mixed into little baggies. I also eat lean cuisine, but it seems the more fresh stuff I eat at work the less crap I eat once I get home. I snack on the bag all day and finish it up on my drive…

Today is day #11 for me and I have gone from 240 to 231 this morning. Can anyone give me an idea of when and how much this will slow down? Its so great now, but I'm hoping I have at least 2 more weeks at this rate! What was your weight loss time schedule?

I know I like my alcohol! I guess its just like chocolate for some, but after a good amount of chocolate your inhibitions don't get lowered the way they do with alcohol! Wise choices are out the window after a few drinks!

I am having the same problem. Cranky, irritated, and headaches non stop. I think a big part is stress. Sticking to a plan is SSTRESSFUL! But still, I thought I would feel better too.....

Had my first child a year ago. I'm 38. It is so much harder to exercise now and I have so much to lose! But everything hurts. Knees, back, shoulders - and its not a good kind of pain either! Lol!

My favorite is Wii active 2. Its got a heart monitor built in so you stay in your target zone (no cheating) you don't need the board. I am having the same problem with headaches. My caffeine consumption has remained the same, but I have been eating much healthier and exercising AND drinking water. Constant headache won't go away!
