I'll join! Today will be day 3 for me, slightly sore on the arms but I am starting at the lowest weight I can find! 2 kg in each hand and my bingo wings hurt! Woohoo! So glad I found this board.

Hi, I agree with rml_16, order it for whatever reason that she wants it sorted now and pay a very good seamstress to take it in properly closer to the time! You will then look fab and she will wonder how you managed it! (Lol)

Hi, I bought my kettle bell from amazon, it's only a 4kg one and it came with a DVD. Michelle korr I think her name is, it says she trained ballet dancers. DVD is good, has basic right up to advanced and I am enjoying them. I also think you can get the Bigger 8kg with it also..

Hi, I am up for the challenge. I started my diet today and need motivation for excersise. I have a 5kg kettle bell and an x box with fitness stuff on it. My plan is to put this to good use!
