Same. 🙄

I don’t have any progress photos myself, but i noticed I can no longer see anyone else’s pic posts. It just says “looks like it didn’t load, try again”. However, everyone else is commenting on the pic, so they can clearly see it fine. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled. I’m using an iPad Pro.

Hi everyone! I'm not a newbie but I've been absent for quite some time. I want to get back on the fitness wagon and I feel really excited to get going; especially having the MFP community interaction, which is pretty powerful. <3

I had the same problem. Then I downloaded Under Armour's app "Record" and that seems to tie them all together. Just go into the Record's settings and connect your MFP along with your Apple health.

Cappacino...mmmm.

I was an after work person, then forced myself to get it out of the way, first thing in the morning. Best decision ever.

LOL...Doing it now!

I'm with you. I discovered leangains in January and the progress already is incredible. So nice to not have to worry about breakfast or all the snacking in between!

I agree with an earlier post that when I put on a lot of weight, women were friendlier towards me. Then, when I dropped the weight, men were overly friendly and women - well, not so much. My confidence level has never changed, just simply the weight and people's perceptions of me. I find it fascinating from a psychological…

I was never a morning person, and this was one of the many benefits I encountered after starting 16:8. I love it!
-
Hi everyone - I started 16:8 in January of this year. I'm not even sure where I heard about it but decided to give it a try. I couldn't believe the energy I started to have, as well as losing weight and this was without exercising. My husband was impressed and decided to give it a try. He found it difficult to omit the…

I'm looking to lose 8-10 lbs, so nothing too major although it's tough when you're almost to your goal weight and nothing seems to give!

I'm struggling to lose the last bit of weight too. Had to get back into a normal workout routine and one week in, I'm seeing a bit of progress. I just reopened my closed diary for accountability. :)
-
It's a great workout! She will make you SWEAT. Stay with it and you'll be very pleased with the results!

Journey "Anyway You Want It". It's driving me crazy!!
-
Definitely a lot of water weight by the end of the day.

I had my diary open at one time and then one day received some pretty critical judgement from one person and it upset me enough to shut it and lock it up for good. I should just remove the person and reopen the diary. This is a no-brainer.
