I started at 255 with a goal of 170. Have lost 56 pounds in 147 days. I expect to be at my goal weight in three months. This was done by eating very health foods, tracking everything that goes in my mouth and exercising up to 2 hours per day. I am 60 years old.

In my case I have a recipe that includes a specified amount of salad dressing. When I use less I would like to subtract the amount from the calories in the recipe by way of entering a negative number. However, I would like a note so I can remember why I added or subtracted from the given entry.
