You can add me as well! I'm trying to get back on track. I was doing really well for a few months but since my trip to Mexico I've had a hard time getting back to the clean eating and exercise

I'm starting my second one of the year tomorrow. I loved how I felt and it was great to really stick to a plan for once. This time around I'm going to try incorporating more exercise into my routine. Last time, I was working over 60 hours a week and felt like I didn't have time for exercise. Now with the slow season…

Feel free to add me. I just got back into the paleo lifestyle and would love to have some paleo friends on MFP

I use KT Tape (Kinesiology Tape) for my knees when they start to get sore from running. It really helps me.

I use a HRM, especially with stuff like Insanity. I'm also the type of person to wear my HRM at the gym too though.

I'd like to be around 135-140 lbs.

I rely on my HRM for my calorie burn because I can never seem to find exactly what I did in the database.

I would love to talk with some other college ladies. I'm having a particularly hard time because I'm a student at the Culinary Insitute of America and food is a way of life there. I'm 22 (23 in September) and would love a community of support. Message me or add me.

I'm in Rhinebeck/Hyde Park (Hudson Valley). I would love some MFP friends to help me lose the weight. Message me or add me!

I'm in week 2 of Insanity and really liking the program. I just hate that I can't do the whole workout without stopping to take a break every 5-7 minutes. Plus I hate that I'm not able to do all of the moves yet. How do you track your calories burned? I've been using a Timex heart rate monitor that calculates calories…

I just started it at the beginning of last week and I have to say that I'm really happy with it. I really enjoy the work outs (after of course, during them I'm sweating too hard to even think). I would recommend a heart rate monitor during the work outs so that you can track your calories. Shaun T is always telling you to…
