Your story hits home for me. I had to step away from my desk with my phone to read it all (didn't want anyone to notice my head was down and not on the screen) but it was definitely worth it. Great job!

Day 1 Level 1 done. Will do day 2 when I get home. My legs are very sore. For me it wasn't that bad but I did have to stop a few time to catch my breath. I will continue walking on my lunch breaks. Hopefully this will ease some of the leg pain. Any suggestions on how to keep your chest from moving so much while doing…

Thanks! I thought I loved water until I had to constantly drink it. I'm trying my best to get it in though.

Day one down. Sweating soooo much. Could not do the jumping jacks to much (heavy chest) but I kept my arms and legs moving. Not as bad as I thought but definetly takes some getting use to. Pushing forward.

I own an elliptical but it wears me out in five minutes. At one time I was able to stay on it for 45 minutes. I'm trying to work my way to 30 minutes.

@ Milleyea, Great job!! I'll have to wait before I can do strenght training though. Don't thing I'm strong enough for it. Did you change your diet?

Today will be my first day. I'll let everyone know how it went.

Thanks and I'll definetly keep moving.

I definetly take it One Day at A Time. I start everyday day with the mind set of doing my best. If I happen to fall off a little bit, tomorrow is a new day and I get right back on track. I also look at all of the before and after pics on MFP of people who had the same build as me. It's possible just stick with it and don't…
