  • Hey there! I am pretty much in the same boat. Last year I lost about 5 pounds and as I liked my body and got comfortable, I stopped logging and slacked on the exercise a little bit. Then in June I got in a car accident and had hip surgery in December. I had to wait till my fall semester was over to have surgery and the…
  • This sounds like exactly what I have been going thru the last 3 weeks. I have been up every time I weigh myself and this last week I only weighed myself only twice. It is two times too many I am sure, but it is progress for me. I agree with these other posts. We need to avoid the scale and focus on inches and NSVs. Plus,…

I also need to invest in a heart rate monitor so I know what I am…

  • I did 30DS for the month of June. If you don't feel ready to move one then don't :). Everyone progresses at their own time. • when people look at you they don't see a number they see inches. That is what someone told me when I was going through the same thing. Measure yourself and track your loss that way. It is the most encouraging. Some people don't even use a scale anymore. Keep pushing and doing what your doing.. you will see results! :)
  • You look fantastic!! Your hard work is really showing!!! We are the same height and started at the same weight, however I didn't start till june.. So far I went from 198 to 187. Mind if I add you as a friend? Your progress is excellent motivation!

  • AWW thanks! I never motivated someone before!! Keep pushing through it! Day 4 is the toughest in my opinion from being sore and not wanting to move but once day 4 is done I promise you will feel way better
  • 30 day shred was a perfect beginning workout. I have bad knees and was able to get through it by using some of the modified moves.
