I found a super simple, super yummy avocado chicken burrito recipe on Pinterest. It’s basically avocado, chicken, mozzarella, and cilantro in a tortilla. I will have to look it up when I get home. I might also need to make it when I get home… It's not guac, but it's delicious.

I believe that a decreased appetite is a SIDE EFFECT of some of the medication you listed. This particular side effect can result in weight loss. Side effects vary for everyone. Also, don't depend on any medication to help you lose. Eat at a deficit. Then you will lose.

This this this! When I started, I just started logging my food. I ate the same things I always have, not trying to stay under any certain amount of calories or anything. As I became aware of what I was eating, I was able to make changes to stay within the calories I needed to in order to lose.

Honey Nut Chex Mix. I just cannot stop until the bag is empty. Also pizza and chocolate of course, but I have learned better self control with these :smile:

I eat a portion of what I'm craving and follow that with a cup of tea (chamomile is my current fav) I'm usually good after that.

Calories are easier. There's no calculating necessary. Only counting. Also, I feel like I'm more in control when counting calories. I'm not sure exactly why. And calorie counting is free!
