Hi! Came here also for encouragement. Been using MFP for 2 months but have not really been in the forums. Mostly, I just use it to track my eating/exercise so I stay focused. I just ordered a fitbit in the mail so we'll see how that goes.

I have definitely be underestimating my intake by a few hundred! Also, my sodium intake is scary and carb intake is high. Never would have guessed this. Happy to be tracking finally! This should do the trick.
