I am trying to over come this now. I forced my workout today and usually I could go for an hour on the Gazelle easy. It was like pulling teeth for 30 minutes... :ohwell:

Celery or carrots!! They are rather low in calories, and you spend time chewing each bite. It tricks your brain into thinking you are eating more that you are. Works for me, usually!

Thank you. I need to start lifting soon. Right now I've been focusing on cardio to help shred off the fat, so I'm trying to incorporate more strength training workouts.

I tried to be a vegetarian last year. All was fine till I realized I have an extreme iron deficiency :frown: , but with that being said I plan to go back soon. If I didn't have a cheat day or an indulgence snack every now and then, I would not have lasted this long. I say yes to a cheat day!! It's all about moderation right?:wink: I don't want to live a life where I can never have chocolate or pasta! Eat the pizza and enjoy every last bite!
