I grew up this way, so, I eat: eggs, radishes cut in quarters, tomatoes cut in quarters, green onions cut 3", olives, bit of cheese (whatever you want but I usually eat aged cheddar, haloumi, white cheese, or fontina). Yes, it may seem like a salad but I swear it tastes yummy w/o any dressing.

All I can say is, eat more foods high in Protein. Personally, Yogurt, Eggs, Chicken and Cheese help me. Some people add protein powder to their smoothies, I never tried that & don't want to. The other day I ate a Rib Eye Steak for dinner and although it has a lot of protein, it was also very high in Fat- so be aware.

Krunchy: do you juice or make smoothies from both fruit and vegetables? I've made smoothies using 1 fruit (apple or pear) as well as lemon juice, kale, and spinach. The amount of nutrients are intense! Edit: I sometimes add vitamins in it, too.

If you've truthfully given it 90 full days and haven't seen any results, it's time to re-evaluate what you're doing. Either the numbers are wrong, or your hormones (even Thyroid) is to blame.

I don't eat hummus with bread, I eat it with vegetables (carrots, celery, cucumbers). Do you like Lentils? They are loaded with Protein, Iron, and Fiber. Do you like Dates? They are loaded with nutritional benefits.

I'm not a vegetarian or vegan, but I can easily be. I can do without meat and I have in the past. The issue more so with being in this diet is getting enough Protein and Iron in your diet- Calcium as well, esp if you're Vegan. I want to try the oatmeal and chocolate bars. I have a desk job, so I normally eat snacks throughout the day instead of 'breakfast' and 'lunch'.

I'm a salty foods person myself. I try to stop myself from consuming too many salty foods, because if I don't my tummy bloats. Lemon & Warm water first thing in the AM can help.

Warm water is better. It helps my mom not get sick & helps with her arthritis. (She sometimes adds a tad bit of turmeric to it for the joints.) My co worker drinks this too, she says it helps keep her regular and from gaining weight. You have to drink this first thing in the morning, mind.

Are you eating back @ least some of your workout calories burned? If not, it could be that your body is storing some of what you're eating because it feels like you're starving yourself. Eat more.

My good friend for over 10 years was always social anxious when we first started being friends. It only got a lot better when she forced herself into being social.
