For me it is 200lbs.. I am 5'9 and as that is not that heavy or look that bad on me just the number 200 is scary for me. That is the reason I started this diet because I was 3 pounds from hiting that number and it scared the bo jibbas out of me.

Yeah I can't stand the taste of the store bought brands so because I am baking changed I can't make it myself so I get it at GF bakery and they make it just the way I need it GF/Egg Free. Sounds like it is probally better that you don't according to what I have read today.

Thank you for the good tip I eat GF bread all the time I didn't realize that it has alot of calories. I eat 2 slices of GF toast for breakfast every morning. I am 5'9 and weight now 192lbs and my goal is 160 which is great for me not model skinny but just right. I once weighted 142 pounds when I got real sick when I was pregnant and I look so sick and dead like I would never want to weight that again.

@strawberrie_m I have noticed that it is curbing my appetite today as well. I had a VERY small breakfast and I am still not hungry yet which by now I would defintly be looking at some type of menu to order from.

Thank you for the advice that is on the back I saw that and thought that it is still safe just don't drink caffine(as I am drinking my coffee now) for awhile. I just can't leave the coffee alone I got to have one cup of Joe a day. I never heard of Yohimbe is that a suppliment too?

I tried it and it does make you not eat as much but I would suggest just eating heathier food with low calories instead of eating what ever you want and sprinkle the stuff on. Because eating heathier has seem to have better results for me.
