  • I've had pernicious anemia for 12 years. I give myself a B12 shot once every 3 weeks. Once I had it under control (which took about 6 months) I haven't had any other problems. Once that third week rolls around though, I start to feel exhausted. It's amazing - the next morning, after the shot, I've perked right up again.
  • I had a discectomy last year. I still get a lot of soreness/stiffness. I've had some luck doing the Turbo Jam videos, I just make sure to follow the beginner examples and don't let my feet leave the ground (no jumping).

  • I've been slacking with it this month but I'm getting back on the wagon today!
  • Cereal is my downfall. I could eat at least one enormous bowl of cereal every day. I am trying to stay away from it - I see better weight loss in weeks I don't eat it at all - even when I carefully measure it out.

  • I have both Turbo Jam and Turbo Fire. I have lower back issues and find Turbo Fire to be just a little too bit hard on my back right now. I do great with the workout as long as my feet don't leave the ground (TF has a lot of leaping and jumping). I'm starting Turbo Jam tonight, with the hopes of working my way up to Turbo…
