Be honest with yourself. Figure out what triggers the binging.

How does your sodium and sugar intake look? Congrats with your almost 4 pounds. That's still something!

That's fantastic! It's slow and steady, and you know what they say.... :-) You'll win that race, and you'll be happier in the time it took to lose it, because your results will be long-lasting and healthy.

Also, I have one more thing to add: I suffered with an ED for many years, and it wasn't until I sought out help for the emotional part of it, that I really began to love myself and love my relationship with food. Everyone has their bumps in the road, but what you do with your emotional state is your own business. Just my…

I definitely have those cravings. The only way I stay sane is to allow myself a cheat day, or a cheat meal. My body and my mind thank me, and I go back to normal either later that day, or the very next day. I definitely pay for it the next day, but it's worth it to keep grounded. **Edit** Please reconsider "low calorie,"…

Coming from someone who IS anorexic (she is literally struggling, and in…

Thanks ladies and gents :-) I loaded up on the protein and water, and it's nearly gone. I'm already feeling better. and Who can turn down ham every now and then?! I applaud you for not saying no to a delicious and ridiculous amount of ham... haha.

That won't be a challenge. :) Thank you for your input!

I write all of my exercises down in a journal. I don't always record them here.

Welcome! I hardly used this until this year, so I feel new, too. We can get the hang of it together! :-) You'll find a great array of people who want to help encourage you. It's really a great community that I'm really kicking myself over for not getting involved sooner.
