Hello everyone!

So, the holidays set me back a bit, but January rolled around, and I got back on track. However, my sodium intake was horrible, and I've ballooned up maybe 6-7 pounds in literally a night. What are some tips any of you can give me to safely get this water weight off? Will I just have to approach is as weight loss as a whole, or are there some tips any of you can give me? Thanks a bunch!

Yep, water and time. That's pretty much all you can do.

I just came off of 11 days of water retention, so I know the feeling.

Water, potassium rich foods and low sodium going forward. I am sitting on 5 pounds overnight also from a delicious and ridiculous amount of ham yesterday. 2 days and it will be gone.

Thanks ladies and gents :-) I loaded up on the protein and water, and it's nearly gone. I'm already feeling better. and
Who can turn down ham every now and then?! I applaud you for not saying no to a delicious and ridiculous amount of ham... haha.
