@MiamiSeoul I'm a little (ok, a lot!) intimidated by the glutes schedule, but count me in! Schedules are printed and ready to be checked off every day.

It's good to check in and see everyone. I have struggled in the past couple of weeks and need to refocus. I really appreciate you all being so open when you stumble as well as when you hit the mark. It's a great motivator for me to stick with it and not give up - Thank You! Here's my 4/21(ish) check in 03/18 SW 199 03/25…

So wonderful to see so many new faces have joined the challenge -- welcome, everyone! Well, I didn't meet my Sept goal, BUT I did make it into one-derland! I've weighed in at 199.8 for three days in a row, so it must be true :) I admit, I was a little bit weepy to be under 200, even if it is just by a teensy bit. Goals: 1…

Oh Sweetie, the only reason to weigh yourself during your period is to feel better when you weigh yourself after it's done and see you've dropped 5-7 lbs. Otherwise, it just hurts your feelings. :( Also, if you worked out really hard the previous week you're probably retaining even more water as your muscles repair. Hang…

After last week's cold medicine extravaganza - along with Saturday night's margarita fest with the hubby - I'm feeling bloated and puffy this week and my weight was back up to 207.2 this morning. Not going to let it get me down, though. Even if I don't make my goal this month, I WILL make it into one-derland. I don't care…

This is fantastic!!!! Congratulations, you've worked very hard for this! :D

Your food diary should automatically have all of that in it so it tracks along with your calories. If it doesn't, or if you want to adjust the percentages, you can make changes to the settings yourself. Just click on the "goals" tab and choose the customize option.

Monday check in - I'm up a pound from last week to 205, but yesterday I made some of my amazing spicy egg salad. It's loaded with sodium, so I'm not too surprised to be feeling a little fat & sassy this morning. It's totally worth it, though. The salad is chock full of olives, jalapenos, red onion and pepper flakes....have…

That's ok, you'll make up for it this month. And don't forget to pat yourself on the back for losing 7 pounds last month!

@thicknsexiTy - YES YOU WILL!!! I'm so proud of you for not giving up. I know how hard it can be when you gain right after joining, that's exactly what I did too.

@londaknight - losing inches is wonderful! The scale will eventually catch up :) @Beautifullymade j- 8.4 lb loss is excellent -- well done! (side note - I have GOT to get Dr Ian's book!) @mercymarque- Don't let it get you down. You were close to your goal. Next month will be better and by December's weigh in you'll be…

Monday 8/13 check-in Today's weight is 208.0, which is up 1.2# from last week so I'm a little bit pouty; HOWEVER my pants are also smaller, so I look good while I pout  Seriously though, between my cousin's wedding on Saturday and our family reunion yesterday I'm pretty sure I consumed an entire week's worth of…

Awww, don't give up. We all have days like that and we all struggle to find ways to feed our soul when we're stressed instead of mindlessly* feeding our bodies. Do you journal? Sometimes that helps me work through it. I"ve even just made lists like "I'm not going to sabotage myself because:..." Exercise also helps me…

I just finished L1 D6 and I've been having the same issues. For me, it's actually a knee problem that I try to compensate for, which makes my landings a bit off. I started wearing supports a couple of days ago and have had better results. I also modify and jog in place at times instead of the JJs or butt kicks so that I…
