Great job everyone. Just got home from a 2 week vacation. I did manage to run 3 times a week and do p90x core twice a week. So I was glad for only a 1 pound weight gain. Darn that icecream. Started insanity today and I think I may die. I have some personal goals I would like to reach so I am really hoping to lose 10 pounds…

I cannot wait for round 2....after 2 weeks of vacation i am ready to hit it hard. Thank goodness i maintained current weight, but i have a few more pounds to lose. And i am so ready for the exercise challenges too

I love the book fix it freeze it and feast. I usually do half of what the recipe calls for. The sweet asian chicken is amazing. There are very few recipes I don't like in that cookbook.

I wake up early to get a run in 4 days a week...which means pushing kiddos in a stroller to beat the heat, and p90x 6 days a week and I am up a pound. I don't mind the working out part. I have found I enjoy running, but I hate pushing my kiddos(4 and 2) in the stroller. They either need to lose weight or start running themselves. And I am not liking this desert heat.

Army wife here. We are on a rotational training schedule so for 2 weeks I eat great and when he is home not so well, but at least he runs with me on the days he is home.

I have been placing "go-gurt" in the freezer. 100 cals of frozen yogurt. It seems to be doing the trick for me....but i do miss BEN and JERRY'S Ice cream.

I am so excited for you. I have butterflies for you. We have done 3 deployments and I love love love the homecomings. My husband is amazing. I hate running and I hate pushing the stroller...so we run together and he pushes the stroller. He is also very on board with clean healthy eating. LOVE HIM to PIECES

I totally forgot about my bike...We live on a very small post. I am going to start biking to the store and library. Boy that is going to suck in 90+ weather with 2 kiddos in the bike trailer. Oh I so want theses 10 pounds.
