Maybe I'm just being judgemental. But ask yourself this, would you be happy if your daughter found herself a sugar daddy? I know I wouldn't. I'd rather her find a genuine relationship. With someone who's interested in her for who she is.

Keep at it, and don't be discouraged when it inevitably slows down. Happens to everyone but it's normal as you approach your goal weight.

More protein from beans, lentils and soy could improve the diet. And fats from any of your favourite oils. Olive oil, coconut oil etc. It looks awful to me, as a non-vegan, but I'm starting to get why people go vegan for moral reasons, so more power to you :)

What kind of workouts do you do? Is you 'feeling fine after a couple hours' based on medication you take in the morning? Just try easing into it a see how you feel. Go one day and just do a warm up walk/set and go from there.
