An ex-boyfriend is a golf instructor that gives me free golf lessons. My husband wants me to ask the ex that if I slept w/him, could my husband get free lessons too? Should I ask him?

Have you tried applesauce (plain or with cinnamon) on the oatmeal? Or if you want it sweeter, a little brown sugar or maple syrup does the trick. Buckwheat is also a good alternative.

They most likely will give up on you after a while. The ARC would call me all the time, and I would donate when I could. (I'm A negative). They stopped calling when I told them I had been diagnosed with congestive heart failure. I take a blood thinner, bet that bag would fill up quickly now!

Thank you so much! I'm new to being gluten free (only a month), and looking for information to improve my health.

I tried a soy supplement but that didn't help much. After suffering for years, I tried acupunture, which really curtailed the intensity. (I did notice that when I drank alcohol the hot flashes were worse).

I had gout also, and it's something I never want to have again! My doctor felt it was triggered by taking the same BP medication for over 10 years.
