I agree COMPLETELY with this. It is not right or fair to say it is one class of people and not the next. GENERALLY every American needs to be educated. Blaming the poor people won't solve anything.

I do agree with most of what was being said. We manage to eat healthier... but some people don't. It was the blaming America's obesity on people with foodstamps that pissed me off. It isn't anymore poor people's fault than it is people with money. Regulating what people on foodstamps can buy is not going to help America…

tugers, I have two children and one is 4 months old and eats every two hours LOL the other eats breakfast every morning. I don't pig out at lunch or anything, I eat the same every day.. however, eating breakfast causes me not to be hungry until well into the night!

Taking the scale with you may be a wee bit too much. Just trust your instincts, you have been doing great, don't sway from what you normally do and if you do, not so overboard. I think the scale can skip out on your vacation. It might be just the break you need!
