I started looking for cheap work out equipment to bring home at first before my children started getting older. Youngest is 2. They're all on the same routine. I'm five foot one and in order for me to really lose anything, I have to do both cardio AND strength training. I also eat as clean as possible, and eat slowly while eating multiple times throughout the day. I don't let myself get hungry(usually). I've lost 8 pounds in the past 3 weeks from being consistent. I have 2. Ages 19 months and 3 years. I had lost all of my weight with the first one, but after having two, I hardly have the energy to do ANYTHING. I am trying to fix that by making sure I drink enough water(because I HARDLY ever drink 64 ounces a day), and by eating better foods. I find I eat a TON of carbs and dairy.…
