I made this but with fat free greek yogurt in place of the soda. DELISH!

I am 5'6.5 and i'd like to be 150. I was 130 in HS and was too skinny. I am more of a pear shape with med bust. I am currently 170 and would like to drop an extra 15-20 lbs. I have always carried my weight in my behind and hips. People say I don't need to but honestly I would love to shrink a size in the butt area lol. All…

I don't think you should give it up unless you are intolerant. (which I am) Maybe just limit how much you eat? I now only have it a few times a week. I live for greek yogurt!!

Got my blood results back from the doctor! I am PCOS free 1 year and counting! :) Whoohoo! Just proof that eating healthy and being active is the ONLY way to LIVE!

It seems like you like pizza A LOT! You should really re think some of your food choices. Replace the empty calories with more healthful foods. If you REALLY love your pizza I would suggest finding a healthier way to have it. I like to use whole wheat pita bread, topped with marinara, fresh veggies and the smallest amount…

I do an on going boot camp. It is hard the first few times but you will get use to it. You feel your body getting stronger as the weeks go by.

8:30 am! I have to eat breakfast or I am a cranky pants! I eat about 3 regular meals and 2 smaller ones.

Running up and down hills in a zig zag pattern. Makes your legs feel like they are going to fall off!
-
1. Start C25k again 2. Attend boot camp 3-4 x a week 3. Be in the mid 160's

Found this on another site. Pretty interesting. http://caloriecount.about.com/forums/weight-loss/brm

I think these have a similar taste as the roasted broccoli. I am not a fan of Kale in any other form than these chips. I like to put a little red pepper on mine to kick it up a bit!

I usually waste about 100 -120 on my coffee. It is the one thing I refuse to give up. I could use sugar free but don't like chemicals. I LOVE my stupid creamer. lol. I just work out extra hard to make up for it. I love Truvia in tea but for some reason not in my coffee.

By not depriving myself of things I like. I have them in small amounts. I use to want to OD on a whole bag of chocolate. Now I am perfectly ok with one tiny Dove square. Denying yourself only makes you want it more and makes you more likely to binge. You can have your cheese, just in smaller amounts!

This is my favorite! I like to turn the broiler on and make it extra crispy. I could eat this all day long.

I hate bananas so I drink plain coconut water. Also stretching helps!

I would also make sure that your activity settings are correct. I hadn't checked mine in a long time and they were off. I fixed them and dropped 2 lbs. :) Good luck!

Also a Kristina. Kristina's with a K are the best :)

I cut out meat, dairy and soy. This helped tons!

I took a break for a bit but I always come back. This program really does work and it is FREE! :) I don't log on the weekends to give myself a break. That might help you.

I was getting leg cramps during my work outs. My trainer told me to try eating something small about an hour before. Nothing heavy. I usually do a LARA bar or an apple and a small amount of greek yogurt for dipping.

I have been training in the heat all summer. It is AWFUL! I live in the south and those humid days kill me. I feel like I haven't gotten anywhere in my training. I can't wait for the cooler weather. My tolerance and speed is so much better once the weather hits the 80's

I think this is a pretty basic heart monitor. I was looking online and it doesn't note any calorie count or burn features.
-
Thank You! I know Garmin's and Polar's are really popular but wanted other options. I will look at the Timex. I have a friend who owns one.
-
I read some other reviews about the count being off. I also calculated based on my Nike + calorie burn vs. the heart rate monitor. It seems like about 60%. I don't think you will ever get an exact calculation but 60% seems like a ton to me. Also I did a comparison of another person's readings with another brand vs. mine.…

I feel you on this lol. I feel so guilty working out in a park or outside because I know I could be taking my dogs with me. I am lucky enough to go to a dog park with a trail around it to walk or jog. My babies play and I run and they usually chase me. I can't really go jogging with them because they are both Chihuahuas.…

You're welcome. It really was helpful. I was up and running sooner than 8 weeks. It is super easy. It lets you know when to run. So it is basically run/walk intervals. Before you know it you will be running like a champ! Good luck!

I liked it but it gets boring after doing it. Level 2 really kicks your butt! I used 3-5 lbs weights. I never made it to level 3 because I joined a boot camp that is pretty much level 2-3 in comparison to Jillian but in 45 minutes vs. 20. I'd say it is challenging but I am not so good with work out videos. You most def…

It is an 8 week program that helps you condition yourself towards running a 5K. I used an app called Run5k for iphone. I was never a runner nor could I run prior to this app. So it is exactly as stated couch to 5k. It is great! If you have a smart phone this is a wonderful investment.

I hit the 200 lb mark. I felt awful, none of my clothes fit and I didn't want to leave the house to go out or do anything. I knew then I needed to make a change.

I lived in Destin (Panhandle of FL) and that was always refered to as "Lower Alabama". Very Southern indeed!
