Got some walk in both days of the weekend. Feeling pretty good about it.

Lost 2 lbs in the week ending 17th Sep. Forgot to update here :) But still a few pounds to go to the last recorded weight on MFP.

Goals today: 1. Eat right for Breakfast and Lunch. There is a birthday party at night. 2. At the Birthday party, allowing myself few extra calories saved from the day, but the goal is to not go overboard. 3. Only one drink at party :) 4. No skipping gym today!

Day 9 successful! Under calorie limits, light dinner!

No weight change for me. :( I'm finding it really hard to stay away from my problem foods, mainly bread. This week's goal would be to maintain control over my craving for bread.

The past week has been ok, met a few goals, not all. Today's goals are: 1 hr walk. Salad at night.

Mini Goal today - Stay with liquid foods. (soups/smoothies) Stretch that achy shoulder in the evening workout.
