i don't say starve your self , you can eat 1500 cal/day with all healthy food( fruits veg protein ) and feel full whole day and still lose weight

As me if we want life saving surgery maybe we will die from it so we need to lose reasonable amount of pounds before we start talk about bmr and rmr

being obese and morbidly obese for almost whole my life , i think i can have some thoughts , is it true or not i dont know , but i have the right to write it

exactly this is what i want to say . if you are obese or morbidly obese and u manage to cut your cal less than your bmr you will lose weight and in healthy way and you have big chance to continue to your goal

I don't say they can not do it ( i am morbidly obese myself ) , so i know what i am talkng about THE ONLY IDEA , IN FIRST 3 OR 4 MONTHS OF YOUR JOURNEY ON WEIGHT LOSE YOU SHOULD EAT UNDER YOUR BMR BECAUSE YOU HAVE TONS OF POUNDS TO LOSE AND AFTER YOU ACHIEVE REASONABLE RESULTS THEN U CAN LISTEN TO YOUR BMR

Obesity is related to many of diseases and if u want to lose 1-2/week , it will not works , u have big chance to give up in first 2-3 months and return to your old habits so lose as possible as u can and then u can control your plan . when u are obese , life saving surgery become very dangerous !!!!!

curving to sweets .... it maybe problem , i miss that point :) but the good thing i was not sweets eater the chips chocolate or candy was not my interest

i think my body makes the extra sugar to fat and stored it . i am not diabetic or pre one i eat healthy and workout and i am losing weight but not as morbidly obese man i just want to try to limit my fruits to see if it is good to my body

there is plenty of websites say it is wrong to drink while eating and others sites say it is ok i know it is silly matter but also it is important cuz it is everyday action and we dont want to mess our diet

at lunch i eat 2 piece of chicken breast with salad or vege so i thought i will eat one piece at 3 p.m and the other at 6 p.m with ofcouers some vege is there any different or it is the same ?

iam also felt hungry with small meals than 2 meals ( breakfast and lunch ) but the reason why i want to move to frequent meals because they said it is good to lose belly fat

water will help in many ways : first it will make your body to lose the extra water which your body keep it in yrs cells also it helps u feel full and reduce hungry feeling it helps your muscle contract well during workout it flush the toxins from yr body including the fat you lost
