What are the best home exercises for obese people ?!
Hi everybody , I workout ( circuit training ) at the gym 4 times/week always in the morning , so i want some exercise to do at night . I have equipment like ( weights,resistance band) . My fitness level is good and i do not have joint pain . Any suggestions ?

HI everybody Last visit to the nutritionist i found that i lost : 4 kilos fat 2 kilos water 0.7 kilo muscle is that normal to loss some muscle weight or it is not ? i do weight strength and cardio training 4 times/week .

Things help me to overcome weight loss plateau !

Can i eat my lunch at dinner time ?!
Sometimes i don't have time to eat my lunch meal which is the biggest meal during the day. So is it OK to eat it when comeback home at 7-8 pm instead of 2-3 pm ?

does sweat help in water retention ?!! other solution ?!
when u sweat from exercise or in normal movement,does that mean u lose from yr extra water that yr body retained ? i know drinking more water green tea and green food will help in water retention but is there other methods ?

Can i cut off fruits for a week ?!

What do u mean by exercise calories ?!
and how i should deal with it ? i workout 2 hours 4 times / week , stationary bike lifting weight . aerobic plus some random walking i eat about 1300 cal and my bmi is 51

Write one reason or mistake affects yr weight lose
Sometimes u know u can do better or u know that is wrong but i will do it anyway and unfourtionatly it maybe affects yr number on the scale . Me , not walk enough , OK i workout but i can walk on the evening for 30 mins or more but i don`t do it i know it will help me to stay on track but i cant manage to do it .
