Things help me to overcome weight loss plateau !

1) I increase water intake ( i used to drink 4 liters now 5.5 liters )( i am very large man :) ).
2) I add 2-3 new training to my routine workout and decrease the rest time between exercises .
3) I stop napping after lunch .
4) I used to sleep only 5 hours at night, now 7 hours.
5) Add protein to my dinner.
6) Skimmed yogurt , 30 minutes after dinner.
7) 3-4 green tea cups instead of 1-2 cups .
8) More apples , i enjoy 2-3 apples/day .
