currently am doing slim in 6, it's pretty doable for some who has more than 50 lbs to lose. other option you can chose whatever boot camp for beginner on youtube. fitness blender has many great videos to start with.0

I've been doing 30 day shred and its a pretty good work out. 20 minutes not including warm up and cool down. The only thing on it that kills me is the jumping jacks and fake jump roping but its gradually getting easier.0

P90X!
If that doesn't work for you, 30 Day Shred is a good Cardio exercise.
I am currently 250lbs and I prefer P90X, although I do 30 Day Shred as well. (Mother's preferred workout video, and she wanted a workout buddy!) The 3DS feels more of like a warmup for me, although like freebiemom said, the jumping jacks and simulated jump rope are a bit much.
Either one will lead you into feeling MUCH better about your time at home!0
