when u sweat from exercise or in normal movement,does that mean u lose from yr extra water that yr body retained ?
i know drinking more water green tea and green food will help in water retention but is there other methods ?

Logical answer is... yes.
Either sweat it out or drink lots of water and piss it out, probably the only 2 ways to really shed excess water.0 -
